Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape by spearheading the development of our Technology Roadmap and nurturing our ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. Your expertise will drive the optimization of our factory processes, identify critical pain points, and implement data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Roadmap Development:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive use case and technology catalogue to support roadmap initiatives.
· Cultivate and manage our ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Work Processes Management and Pain Points Identification:
· Define methodologies and detailed work processes to measure performance and project ROI effectively.
· Engage with stakeholders across manufacturing groups to gather data and insights on critical pain points.
· Conduct data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments, driving informed decision-making.
Technology Solution Deployment:
· Utilize data analysis and facilitate brainstorming workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
· Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation.
· Monitor post-deployment performance improvements and ensure seamless handover to production teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years (Junior) or 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Consulting, Process Innovation, or System Consulting.
- Technical proficiency in process innovation consulting projects and IT/OT system development.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Technical skills in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI) implementation.
