- Transforms the Global VM experience to the concept by following the Brand ID and creating VM content
- Supports and inspires the visual teams in the region in providing collection guidelines and commercial direction to drive VM goals, selling and creating an inspirational customer experience
- Analyses selling information and collects feedback to produce visual guidelines and maximize selling opportunities
- Work in collaboration with other key departments i.e. merchandising and marketing team to ensure product information is aligned for a seamless customer experience to support omni-channel action
- Creates VM strategies, planning products, commercial focuses and VM information packs
- Oversee and follow up on the placement and presentation of the concept regionally
- Strives for innovation and identify new ways to present the concept collections, communication, and take the learnings
- Plans visual concept communications and marketing projects collaboratively with other departments
