JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES
1. PRODUCE PUBLICATIONS
1.1 Produce monthly digital EDM
1.2 Produce annual report
1.3 Produce annual directory
1.4 Produce other publications such as anniversary book, etc (when required)
2. PRODUCE PUBLICITY AND COMMUNICATION MATERIALS
2.1 Develop and produce industry and corporate brochures
2.2 Develop and produce publicity materials for programmes/events
2.3 Prepare articles for programme/event reporting
2.4 Prepare speeches for events
2.5 Prepare press release programmes/events
2.6 Attend to media enquiries when necessary
3. MANAGE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA
3.1 Manage website and social media contents
3.2 Update website and social media contents
3.3 Develop strategy, manage, and grow ASMI’s social media engagement
3.4 Manage, promote, and grow ASMI’s peer-to-peer on-line support community
3.5 Manage, promote, and grow ASMI’s member’s-oriented webinar series
3.6 Oversee content of monthly consumer focused email newsletter; grow circulation of newsletter
3.7 Review and update website content, including outreach to professional membership for content feedback
3.8 Respond to member’s email inquiries and facilitate information sharing
4. MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION
4.1 Support the handling of members onboarding, administrative and updating of details
4.2 Responsible for all aspects of member record maintenance
4.3 Respond to member’s email inquiries and facilitate information sharing
4.4 Identify, recruit, and cultivate new members
4.5 Ensuring membership retention through active engagement, support, and service
4.6 Organise webinars, social events, workshops for companies and industry professionals
4.7 Sharing updates and distributing information to current as well as prospective members
4.8 Maintain membership customer service process or system to ensure members are satisfied
4.9 Build relationships with companies and industry professionals
4.10 Liaison with participants, members, government agencies, partners, and vendors
4.11 Prepare programme/event accounts, evaluation, or post-event survey
5. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
5.1 Provide secretariat support to ASMI Council and committees
5.2 Provide support for ASMI events as and when required
5.3 Attend meetings and record minutes of meetings
5.4 Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by ED
