- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Provide monthly CRM and performance updates to all key internal stakeholder
- Ensure that all customer marketing communications are compliant.
- Implement and manage timelines, contracts and communication with partners and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
- Develop strategy, liaise and manage the content topics and timelines for eNewsletters
- Ensure all corporate guidelines are followed
- Support and coordinate event requirements including planning, onsite event management and post event wrap up.
- Manage logistics, inventory, event talents and vendors
- Maintain digital inventory list and process of inventory flow
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all needs relating to functionality and performance are met
- Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
