Main Responsibilities
- Perform technical architecture oversight for the IT systems including architecture roadmap planning and implementation.
- Oversee system interfaces including external agencies.
- Provide guidance to application teams on various systems ie. Medical, Clinical, Finance, Donation and others.
- Work with management to spearhead new technology including planning/supervision for the upgrade of existing systems.
- Assist IT Manager in formulating a sustainable workforce to meet increasing IT demands with limited resource.
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with current technical solutions implemented and propose remedial actions.
- Provide advisory on the business impact of technical choices made.
- Regular updates to stakeholders on latest technological trends.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Experience
- 3 years of strong technical experience in Microsoft technologies
- 2 years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proven experience in various system design and architecture
- Experience in Integration with external agencies will be advantageous.
