Job Description:
- Assist distributor and direct sales for brands
- Manage social media content in each country.
- Ensure appropriate tone and manners for promotional materials.
- Organize exhibitions.
- Monitor and improve advertising and promotional strategies.
- Develop effective communication about product claims.
- Create key visuals and communication materials.
- Assess existing business situations.
- Prepare sales tools with clinical data.
- Analyze potential for new business areas.
- Conduct surveys to identify target customers in new countries.
- Seek new distributors and partnerships.
- Launch new products and select brands.
- Determine pricing strategies with the sales team.
- Plan business strategies for entering new markets.
- Negotiate contracts with new distributors.
- Build professional networks within the industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency.
- Over 5 years of experience in FMCG.
- Background in sales and marketing.
- Experience launching new brands, products, and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
