Responsibilities
- AP functions - Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment.
- Prepare expense & staff claims.
- AR functions – Post receipts to system, send monthly SOA to customers and follow up with outstanding payment.
- Reconciliation of overseas PO, Invoice & SOA
- Maintain up to date records and well organize documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- O/A level/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of MYOB software will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
