Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends to drive sales growth.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and surpass sales quotas.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and proactively address challenges.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train a skilled sales team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to improve productivity.
  • Implement effective sales processes and methods to enhance efficiency.
  • Regularly review and refine sales processes based on feedback and metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead high-level sales negotiations and oversee major deals.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Present regular sales reports to executives and the board.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall strategies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Use market intelligence to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
  • Participate in budgeting and ensure resource allocation meets sales needs.
  • Utilize sales tools and technologies to maximize productivity.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in optical solutions.
  • Experience in international sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
