Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; act as a central point of contact for all clients and suppliers; preparing reports; training and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Job Scope:
· Maintain and foster positive and close working relationships with customers (parents and children)
· Assist with company correspondence including phone calls, emails and messages
· Day to day office administration
· Assisting the office with general queries and duties
· To assist the administration needs of the Football Administration department

- Pitch Bookings
- Football Camp Invites
- Leagues and Tournament Invites
- Pitch Side Attendance taking. Monitor player attendance, review and update online records.
- Invoicing
- Bad debt chasing
- Maintain and upkeep equipment and kit inventories.
· Customer facing role
- Purchasing of Sports and office equipment as needed.
- Other ad hoc tasks set by Management.
Job Requirements:
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent team player and highly dependable
· Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency
· Fluent in English
· Immediate availability or can start work within short notice will be of great advantage
· Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
