Vision Software Engineer
Location: Sembawang
Working Days: 5 Day A Week
Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary : $4000 - $5500 (depends experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for vision systems. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in C, C++, and C# programming
languages, as well as experience working with hardware components and
microcontrollers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software applications for industrial machine control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Work with C++, Python, and C# programming languages to develop high-quality
software solutions - Interface with machine control protocols such as Ethercat, PCI and robotics systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issue
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that solutions are aligned with industry
standards and best practices - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in software development with C, C++, Python and C# programming languages
- Experience working with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware components
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
