- Directs routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for buildings and facilities.
- Creates and manages budgets for facility operations and maintenance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinates with service providers and contractors for various facility services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and implementation of safety protocols.
- Manages security measures and access control systems to safeguard occupants and property, collaborating with security personnel or external agencies as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 Years of working experience in the related field
- Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
