· To prepare letter of award for suppliers and subcontractors and appointment letter for consultants,
· To prepare cost estimate, cost analysis for superior to review,
· To prepare budgetary cost, cash flow, update progress report, s-curve, etc.,
· To prepare cost comparison and quotation report,
· To prepare variation order (VO) and final account for client, supplier and subcontractor,
· To prepare payment claim for client,
· To issue Tax Invoice, payment, works order, etc.,
· To handle an individual project assigned to you,
· To prepare document and drawing for tender presentation,
· To co-ordinate meeting and attend meeting,
