Job Description
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, business development and market penetration
- Develop business plans & sales strategies to expand new sales leads to achieve sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships & credibility with customers
- Work closely with the internal team to close sales
- Manage existing key account customers and establish new prospective customers account (Property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants and Interior Designers)
- Coordinate and attend site meeting with suppliers, main contractor, consultants and developers
- Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Engineering sectors (experienced in M&E / ACMV / Construction will be an advantage)
- Knowledge and experience in tender / business development are welcome
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering / Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excels, Words, Power Point, AutoCad
- Good leadership skill, Problem solving, Good conversational & writing skills, strong business acumen, self- driven, negotiation skill
