Job Description: As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources to provide an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for managing daily service, maintaining high food and service quality standards, and improving profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year of experience specifically in a managerial role at an Italian restaurant.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and high-volume food service operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all dining and drinking venues.
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with chefs and other culinary staff to plan and develop menu offerings that meet quality standards and guest expectations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.
- Analyze and respond to guest feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
