Job Description
- To carry site supervision and inspection of the Works including any off-site fabrication.
- To monitor progress of works on site and report delays.
- To attend site walks with consultants and client as required.
- To maintain and update site records on site progress.
- To verify contractor's monthly progress claim.
- To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the consultant team.
Key Criteria
Minimum 5 Years of Architectural Work supervisory experience in the supervision of commercial / institutional / healthcare projects.
Commencement Work: Immediate
