Job Responsibilities:
- To plan and design work schedules for workers.
- To assist the Project Manager in managing ACMV construction projects, planning, and designing work schedules for workers.
- To handle ACMV and M&E design works, ensuring clients' requirements are met.
- To attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparation of Progress Claims, Materials Submissions, Risk Assessments, Progress Reports, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for projects.
- To forecast and anticipate potential issues for projects and eliminate risks.
- Site supervision and liaison with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- To coordinate with suppliers regarding procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assisting in the settlement of project final accounts, including variation orders.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College
- At least 3 years of working experience in ACMV or M&E field will be an advantage
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude.
