HR Admin | Receptionist Support | Training Provided | Ubi
Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary : $2500-$3100
Location : Ubi Crescent
- To maintain a neat and organised reception area.
- Perform general receptionist duties and support such as answering all incoming calls and attend to visitors,
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all meeting rooms such as cleanliness, neat and functionally working of all fixtures and equipment, arranging for repair or maintenance whenever necessary.
- Responsible for creating and updating staff door access and vending machine access
- To assist in stationery stocking, office equipment and pantry supplies
- Manage courier services, opening of letterbox and dispatch mail to respective staff and departments
- Manage company corporate card and provide admin & liaison support to Management
- Supervise office cleaner
- Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
- To support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related field.
