Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the client onboarding process, setting up of trusts and companies
- Daily administration of trusts and companies mandates with full mandate responsibility, including but not limited to bank account opening, distributions, payments, liaising with clients, intermediaries, banks
- Drafting and preparation of resolutions, minutes, request letters or any trust and company related documents
- Maintaining accurate and organized trust and companies records
- Perform periodic reviews on trusts and companies
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience acquired in corporate secretarial practice / administration of trust
- Capable of problem-solving and acting independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, literacy in other languages will be advantageous
- Capable of multitasking with high quality standards
- Professional, diplomatic, helpful, co-operative team player
Preferred
- Holding or currently pursuing STEP diploma
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) preferred
- Willing to be the named Secretary for Singapore companies
- Conversant with ACRA bizfile and e-stamping preferred
- Conversant with corporate secretarial practice in attending to the needs of companies, especially Singapore companies
- Coordinate and prepare AGMs / EGMs / annual returns/ any other filings as may be required for companies, especially Singapore companies
