Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements of quantities and provide reliable cost estimates.
- Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities.
- Develop and submit necessary project documentation like M&E plans and shop drawings.
- Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), account finalizations.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure project success.
- Manage purchasing and inventory effectively.
- Execute additional duties as required.
- Assist with AutoCAD drawings as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within the construction sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight, thrive under pressure, and meet stringent deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Candidates who can start immediately are preferred
