Job Responsibilities:
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.
- Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.
- Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.
- Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and address concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and
- potential threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, and
- customer engagements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.
- Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needs and requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to set strategic goals, develop sales plans, and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
- Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the organization.
