Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the car rental industry, including corporate clients, and other potential partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including car rental agencies, fleet management companies, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market presence and increasing revenue, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients, and managing the contract process from negotiation to signing.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote our car rental services and differentiate our company from competitors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating the value proposition of our services and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share, and use this data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies.
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Service and build good relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Provide good after-sales service and manage account receivables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the car rental industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the car rental industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive execution to achieve business objectives.
