Job Responsibilities:
- Manage partial of accounting (AR & AP)
- Manage daily day-to-day Accounting, HR and admin scope
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests
- Prepare payroll, GST, CPF, Levy and income tax submission
- Handling petty cash and employee expenses claim
- Assist and support in the monthly and yearly closing process.
- Maintain all documentation files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Reply enquiry text and emails
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.)
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Working Day: 0830-0530 (5 days)
Location: Pioneer Road North
Requirement : Minimum 1-2 years working experience in HR & Accounting related role
