Production Admin

  • Material stock in and out records, and daily production planning.
  • Prepare quotation and process purchase order.
  • Issue invoices and receipts.
  • Handling inventory control such as inbound and outbound processing.
  • Identify to resolve any issues related to imports, exports, logistical systems, and transportation. Monitoring incoming or outgoing logistics processes, including safety performance, logistics quality control, and transportation or warehousing operations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors.

Requirements

· Min Nitec/Diploma with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in related field.

· Strong management skills and leadership qualities.

· Experience in manufacturing setting preferred
