Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures
- Recruit and train personnel andallocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
- In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
- Work closely with HR Department
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management
- Proficient in MS Office
