Job Description:
* Data entry, scheduling appointments and billing of services
* Staff on-boarding / off-boarding
* Receive and respond to all enquiries
* Inventory management of consumables and equipment
* Ensure data entry and billing activities are promptly and accurately captured in the respective database and/or systems within the stipulated timeline
* Ensure staff receives the appropriate access and equipment on the first day of work
* Ensure all relevant access and equipment are reclaimed / terminated on staff’s last day of work
* Ensure all enquiries are promptly and professionally handled within the stipulated timeline
* Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs
* Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in government restructured hospitals
