Senior Specialist, Product Marketing - Brand Memory

This is a newly-created product marketing position, responsible for the overall P&L of Brand Memory product category, driving product management and marketing planning across Singapore and a few regional markets.
- Responsible for product management and marketing planning to drive product awareness, adoption and sell out activities
- Work closely with Business Development Managers on customized promotion and demand planning to drive the market share and manage brand memory portfolio to achieve the sales targets
- Analyze category trends, competitive landscape and conducting regular competitor product benchmarking to ensure market leadership
- Track offline / online presence to ensure product is well-represented in all touchpoints
- Plan product roadmap, pricing strategy with HQ and communicate to all internal stakeholders and external customers
- Planning with various functional teams (Key Account Managers, Marketing and SCM) to drive sell out and execute co marketing campaigns with channel partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including SCM, Operation, Finance, Sales and Service team to ensure smooth delivery of product sales and services
- Assist in preparation of weekly & monthly reporting to headquarter & senior management team
- Ensure proper marketing spend and sales deductions through effective management of P&L
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3-6 years of relevant product marketing or product planning working experience in a similar role with sales targets
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills to manage wide range of programs and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and meticulous. Matured individual, able to deal with stress and fast paced environment
