Job description for Events Manager
- Advise clients on events project communications solutions
- Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clientele
- Strategise and develop effective relationships with vendors and talents
- Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions
- Manpower Planning
- Management of Events & Coordination
- Other administrative duties
- Assist in the management and coordination of external agencies/vendors e.g. photographer, emcee, print production, etc.
- Develop, track, monitor and ensure programme/event’s P&L is within budget and forecasts
- Develop and monitoring of partner contracts in terms of deliverables and billing
- Work with management to create proposal decks for new programmes/events
- Liaising with management and operation teams to meet and exceed partner expectations
- Other Administrative duties
