Position Summary
• This position is responsible for AP & AR tasks.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Handle partial AP and AR
• Review and process staff claims
• Ensure documents (contracts and invoices) are properly and promptly filed
• Issue Intercompany invoices
• Assist in year-end audit and tax
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned
• On-job training will be provided
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
• Min. 3 years of relevant accounting work experience in accounting department
Education:
• Minimum Qualification: GCE O/A
Skills:
• Technical Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Accounting knowledge of AR and AR
• Behavioural Skill Requirements
- Diligent with initiative, organized and pay attention to details
- Ability to speak and read English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
