Responsibilities
• Microsoft 365 - Assess current systems to identify opportunities for replacing them with M365 solutions.
• Propose the solution and perform the system replacement (for simple or straightforward solutions).
• Analyze users' problem statements and use cases, recommending M365 solutions to address the problem statements or use cases.
• Actively identify opportunities for streamlined processes and automation using M365 tools.
• Conduct M365 design thinking workshops to enhance user proficiency in M365 tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries on the use of M365 products and educate users on best practices of M365. Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and user communities to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
• Assist in the development of simple solutions within the M365 environment as needed
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Software Engineering or relate
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Experienced in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development
