A) Job Responsibilities:
· Key summary of job responsibilities may include but not limited to the following: customer service, sales support, supply chain management, operational compliance, processing cases, order fulfilment, dealing with complex queries plus investigating and resolving customer problems.
· The secondary aspect includes: production planning, inventory management / inventory control and basic functions of procurement. Candidates with additives and lubricant experience will be preferred.
· Provision of quality customer service to customers, while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
· Provide advanced product / service information and respond to complex customer questions about the product / service.
· Carry out routine sales support tasks and provide help to others.
· Customer Order Processing – Record and process custom / special customer orders, often dealing with ambiguous delivery expectations.
· Compile / Review / Summarize data and to prepare reports.
· Administration duties.
B) Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
· Minimally a Degree in Business Management / Chemistry / Logistics / Supply Chain Management and / or related specialization.
· Good exposure in additives, lubricants, petrochemical, chemical and / or supply chain industry, will be advantageous.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong coordination and operational experience.
· Independent yet a strong Team Player.
C) Miscellaneous Information:
· Official Work Days / Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm.
· Work Location: Town (Less than 10 minutes travel from either Lavendar or Kallang MRT)
· Remuneration Package: SGD3,000 - SGD 4,000 per month (Negotiable)
