My client, a prominent player in the commodities trading industry, is looking for an Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines
- Creating sales and purchase contracts/invoices
- Overseeing and liaising with suppliers and buyers regarding shipments
- Managing import and export Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
- Preparing and negotiating LCs
- Recording and reporting on shipment statuses
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, International Trade or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in international import/export trade and shipping logistics
- Familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and negotiation
- Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus
