Job Details
We are looking for a Solutions Partner to drive growth in custom revenue by working with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop compelling custom proposals to meet the needs of our key accounts.
● You will work closely with both sales and research teams, supporting commercial opportunities and liasing with our custom experts to define the best solutions for the client's challenges.
● Working with the sales team to develop client relationships and uncovering opportunities for new or additional project work.
● Leading or overseeing meetings with clients including pitch meetings, proposal discussions, project kick-off sessions and updates.
● Analysing customer needs and identifying potential solutions
● Responding to commercial conversations and working on RFPs. This includes advising on project scope, approach, our abilities and limitations as well as timelines and pricing.
Job Requirements
Technical
We are looking for the following skills from a Solutions Partner:
● Proven experience in a market research role
● Commercial accument, both understanding of client business and putting deliverables into a commercial context
● Experience writing proposals and designing research studies for a client
● Confident in working with large and sometimes complex datasets
