Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and client-centric Account Manager to source for and managed our corporate partners, developing long term relationship with them while seeing through their marketing campaigns with us.
The individual will be expected to identify potential prospects, create promotional proposals and work with our marketing team to implement these campaigns. He/She will also analyse the performance of the campaigns and provide suggestions for future campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plan and identify prospects for future sales partnerships.
- Present new sales initiatives or ideas at quarterly sales meeting.
- Create promotional proposals for clients based on their business objectives and marketing budget
- Be the main point of contact for clients during and after a paid promotional period.
- Follow up with clients after a promotional campaign with performance statistics and provide suggestions for future campaigns to keep the relationship moving forward.
- Work with internal teams to make sure that all paid advertising is scheduled in the calendars and all deliverables meets the sales deadlines.
- Update Media Kit regularly and work with the design team to make any necessary changes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder with 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Client servicing related role
- Proven track record in media sales experience preferred
- Possess excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Independent and target driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for account manager role.
