- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and meeting room setup
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the office
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
- Meticulous to details
- Able to commence within short notice or immediately
- Preferable candidate with at least 1 year of relevant shipping experience
- Knowledge of LC application and negotiation
- Independent with good communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Customer Service oriented
- Fresh candidates with a strong interest in shipping may apply
