Responsibilities
- Lead a team or mentor a member in the execution of leasing strategies
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
- Negotiate lease renewals and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentations
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters
Requirements
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
