Job Description
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Support and assistance with the whole of the organization
- Developing plans for the organization’s progress and growth. Planning and assignment of section resources in line with developments of the organization.
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the plant according to approved procedures and within environmental constraints.
- Managing employees within the department, including hiring new staff when needed.
- Responsible for budget control and analysis, and execution of strategy
- Monitor operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed.
Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent
- Able to Multi-task, meticulous and a good team player,
- Problem solving skills, ability to communicate with staff in different functions and contractors
- At least 8 years of relevant experience working in Power Plant
- Ability to work under pressure
