- Be responsible for the purchasing functions for the food and beverage outlet.
- Generate purchase orders for the Company’s food & beverage orders.
- Liaise with vendors, respective chefs and outlet managers on orders and delivery schedules.
- Liaise closely with vendors on price quotations for food and beverage items on a quarterly basis.
- Source for quotations from suppliers for non-inventory purchases.
- Propose, implement, review and maintain purchasing control measures.
- Oversee the inventory management for the organization.
- Organise and co-ordinate monthly stock-take for all outlets.
- Oversee monthly updating and maintenance of the inventory system.
