Job Description
- To handle all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings;
- To service the clients after the bookings according to company’s SOP to ensure the required standard of service;
- To handle all aspects of the tour operations in accordance of with the company’s SOP so as to facilitate Finance operation and other statistical analysis required;
- To keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- To follow-up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organized and relay to product team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in Travel agency preferred;
- Passion for travel & travel knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, overcome challenges, and adapt to changing circumstances.
