Job Responsibilities
- Handle administrative matters about residents related activities and booking of facilities
- Responsible for daily book keeping duties
- Filing documents and answer phone calls
- Record feedbacks of residents and re-direct to the attention of supervisor
- Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor
- 5 working days per week according to the scheduled duty roster including weekends & public holidays
- Able to work on different shifts : Morning Shift from 8.30am to 6pm or Afternoon Shift from 1pm to 10pm (including one-hour meal break)
- Work location is in Upper East Coast, at Bayshore Road
Job Requirement
- GCE O Level or N Level with 1 year's working experience in condo management
- or 2 years' working experience in providing front desk, administrative and customer service in other service sectors
- Mature and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
