Admin & Facilities Officer

The Management Corporation - Strata Title Plan No. 1272

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative matters about residents related activities and booking of facilities
  • Responsible for daily book keeping duties
  • Filing documents and answer phone calls
  • Record feedbacks of residents and re-direct to the attention of supervisor
  • Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor
  • 5 working days per week according to the scheduled duty roster including weekends & public holidays
  • Able to work on different shifts : Morning Shift from 8.30am to 6pm or Afternoon Shift from 1pm to 10pm (including one-hour meal break)
  • Work location is in Upper East Coast, at Bayshore Road

Job Requirement

  • GCE O Level or N Level with 1 year's working experience in condo management
  • or 2 years' working experience in providing front desk, administrative and customer service in other service sectors
  • Mature and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
