Job Description:
- Managing a strong technical team, keeping an eye on business processes, and discovering process improvements through automation and development.
- Manage Engineering Product design and determine the Bill of Materials and Explore the Raw materials with different suppliers.
- Evaluating operational activities, determiner process improvements, providing leadership to technical, equipment and process engineers.
- Manage and take responsible for Explosion approval products and control all related drawing and approvals.
- Manage bigger projects develop the material summary details.
- Closely monitor the department load and support to ensure no backlogs on customer requested drawings, Bill of Material, and production drawings.
Job Requirements:
- Strives to continuously build knowledge base and skills, shares expertise with others.
- Strong knowledge in ASME, ANSI, ATEX standards
- Strong Knowledge in Oil and gas products for Pressure and Temperature, Flow elements
- Very strong computer skills; with Autocad , 2D and 3D
- Siemens and FusionD360 Experience is added advantage.
- Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and within budget;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;

- 5+ years of prior management experience;
- Bachelor’s degree;
