Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance test strategies for various applications and systems.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, errors, and other performance issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to recommend performance improvements.
- Monitor system performance during peak load times to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Create detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage the performance testing environment, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and optimization.
- Mentor junior performance testers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Proficiency with performance test tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
