Sales Application Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive product promotion within the Singapore market.
  • Negotiate with customers, address inquiries, and successfully close sales transactions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Provide support for exhibitions, seminars, and workshops held in Singapore.
  • Report on sales activities and local market conditions.
  • Develop new sales pipelines and channels within the Singapore market.
  • Deliver product updates, information, and materials to distributors and customers.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting product training sessions.
  • Contribute to setting strategic direction and roadmap for products or product lines.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials for sales systems setup.
  • Support new product launches, demonstrations, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical department to facilitate the installation of system products.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or higher education level.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience within Medical Technology/Device or Pharmaceutical industry.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Office 365 applications.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer engagement skills.
