Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience, with experience in the construction or similar industry.
- Experience in specification-related tasks across any field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups.
Responsibilities:
To achieve specification targets and align with the company’s objective to expand the technical specification of product range in the market by:
- Developing and expanding the base of new specifiers and businesses.
- Assisting in the creation of key specification tools to enhance sales and presence.
- Influencing architects and specifiers to create proprietary specifications for company systems.
- Maintaining close liaison with R&D and Technical departments regarding specification matters.
- Ensuring consistent interaction with architects/consultants and key specifiers to maintain the desired level of customer service quality.
To enhance and promote company brand awareness by:
- Conducting architectural and engineering presentations and trainings.
- Participating in product presentations, seminars, industrial organizations, and trade shows.
- Supporting sales personnel in client meetings related to specification matters.
- Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market trends.
- Marketing the company's product range to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Preparing marketing action plans as required by the company.
