Job responsibilities:
- Oversee for all of the sales process
- Identify customer needs, provide proposals and quotation
- Provide technical supports, solutions and advice to customers
- Develop effective customer relationship
- Continuously looking for business opportunities
- Monitor overall sales activities including forecast, collection, report
- Preparation of timely reports
- Monitor customer's forecast and plan for stock replenish accordingly
- Keep abreast of the market competitor's activities and industries trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy
- To ensure confidentiality of all the customer data, project information, pricing, etc.
- Regional sales including Malaysia and Singapore
- To perform special task assigned by superior from time to time
Job requirements:
- Higher education in Sciences/Chemical/Engineering/Business
- From manufacturing background
- Similar industry (industrial plastic coating) experience is preferred
- Experience leading a small team
- PC literate and with technical knowledge
- Strong communication skill both in verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Possess positive attitude and willing to learn
- Travelling required, domestic, outstation and oversea
- Possess own transport
