JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain all inventory documents
- Data entry of information and ad-hoc duties and scheduling
- Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services
- Contact customers for service and support
- Receive, handle and respond accurately to any mail and other related correspondence
- Handle multiple projects, communications and co-ordination
- Assist with other ad-hoc requests as assigned
- Minor marketing responsibilities, content creation, maintaining marketing operations and campaigns/initiatives
- Attend meetings and presentations, in person or remotely
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Related experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
- Diploma and above
- Meticulous and team player
