JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accountable for the sales of scientific, laboratory, and research equipment within the Life Science Industry
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to uphold client contentment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer 1 year experience in Sales / Retail, Sciences / Laboratory / R&D
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas by employing effective sales methodologies
- Conduct demonstrations and provide training to the research community
- Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical and application guidance and assistance to clients
- Manage customer accounts, including the supervision of existing ones
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure streamlined follow-up and customer support
