· At least 5 years experience in Turkish kebab and pide varieties, experience in Turkish ice-cream is a plus
· Candidate must be experienced in preparing various Turkish kebab recipies and willing to train other hirees
· Candidate must be experienced in preparing Turkish oven dieshes and willing to train new hirees
· Must possess good managerial skills as the candidate will be expected to manage his own team
· Must possess good inventory management skills
· Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company's goals
· Must possess skills for cost and quality control
