Job Scope:
· Handle full set GL
· Perform Monthly GL closing and update all relevant Balance Sheet Schedules
· Monthly review of inter-company transactions and over-see AR and AP activities
· Support in AR Credit Control and collection matters
· Prepare Bank documents related to Hire Purchase
· Fixed Assets administration
· Support audit queries
· Hire Purchase documentations and updating HS Code
· Checking Monthly Bank Reconciliation
· Update of weekly and monthly Forex Currency exchange rate
Job Qualification:
· Minimum higher Diploma in Accounting
· At least 2 years’ experience in GL full set and with Audit exposure and GST will be an added advantage
· Knowledge in AutoCount preferred but not a must
· Experience in Rental business but not a must
· Well verse in Excel Worksheet
Working Day & Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm
(Flexibility to work from home)
