Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in restaurant dining and kitchen area.
- Dishwashing (Hand and Machine wash) during operational hours.
- Restroom Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in restroom facilities including emptying trash and sanitizing fixtures.
- Stock up and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Mopping and cleaning the floors.
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by operation manager
