Responsibilities
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets;
- Liaising and meeting with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants on all the M&E matters;
- Ensure M&E works are carried out in accordance to specifications and drawings;
- Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements;
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
- Ensure the BIM and VDC elements are in place;
- Review and ensure proper submission from sub-contractors;
- Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site;
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace;
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachalor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related;
- Minimum 5 years of M&E working experiences in the local construction projects;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Class 3 driving license will be added advantage;
- Knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD will be added advantage;
- Able to work independently with positive attitude.
